Mini Switzerland

A 30-minute Introduction

I first delivered this presentation in September 2026 at the Scottish Parliament in Holyrood. Afterwards, a number of people told me that they’d found a detailed introduction to the Mini Switzerland concept valuable and they’d wished they’d recorded it to show in their own team meetings. So here’s a re-recording of that Holyrood presentation. It’s intended as a reasonably comprehensive introduction to the Mini Switzerland concept: where it came from, how it works and why it’s needed. Feel free to use it in your organisation.
